Australia: Not a Country, But a Corporate Illusion

Most people in Australia believe they live in a sovereign, independent nation. That belief is false. Australia is not a country — it is a self-governing colony clearly defined by the Commonwealth Constitution itself, being an Act of the United Kingdom Parliament. Today Australia is operating under a corporate mask designed to give the illusion of independence.

The Constitution That Proves It

Australia’s founding law is the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) to govern and set the boundaries of conduct of all civil servants— passed by 1900’s British Parliament, not by a Australian Parliament. It defines the Commonwealth of Australia as a colony, governed under the Crown, with no lawful authority to act as an independent nation.

Only sovereign nations can make treaties. Only countries can vote in the United Nations or hold veto power. Australia does none of this, because it legally cannot. Any appearance of sovereignty is theatre.

British Subjects, Not Citizens

Australians — or more correctly, British subjects living on the land known as Australia — were never lawfully transitioned into citizens of a sovereign country. The Australia Citizenship Act 1948 created the term “Australian citizen,” without lawful foundation or definition. There is no recognised nation called “Australia” to hold legal standing to create such a citizenship.

The so-called “Queen of Australia” is a creation of registered private political parties. The Australian Constitution 2012, like the Australia Act 1986, was never passed lawfully in the British Parliament, nor was it created under the authority of the Crown. Instead, it was manufactured by private individuals inside the private political parties, masquerading as government.

The Two Systems

Australians live under two distinct systems:

• The lawful Commonwealth, established under British law and held to the common laws of England with a Constitutional Monarchy, where the people hold ultimate and equal authority with the Crown as CEO.

• And the corporate political system, with private individual being members of private political parties registered on the stock exchange, operating as a for-profit business.

These parties have removed themselves from the Commonwealth, to operate a system of Governance externally from the Commonwealth and moved into a private, international jurisdiction. They act not as public servants, but as agents of a corporate structure known as the AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT — a name that carries no lawful substance.

This corporate entity has no people, no land, and no assets. It operates by deception, using familiar symbols and institutions to trick the public into giving their consent.

Your Vote Means Nothing

When you vote under the Electoral Act 1918 (which is not an Act of the Commonwealth Parliament), you surrender your rights. By allowing your name to be crossed off, you unknowingly give Power of Attorney to a private political party — authorising them to act on your behalf inside a commercial enterprise as private political parties see fit.

This isn’t democracy. It’s corporate administration/domination — a private business model, not a government.

There Is No Sovereignty

Australia has no Marine Corps, yet Britain has (can you see it). Australia has no UN veto. It does not act independently on the world stage. Everything is done under the umbrella of the United Kingdom. That is because Australia is not a nation. It is a self-governing colonial outpost, run by registered political parties and masquerading as a sovereign government.

The AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT has gone so far as to purchase rights to the Aboriginal flag to use as a national symbol — because the Australian Government had no lawful flag of its own.

The Australian Tax Office is registered as a private business, adorned with the Rothschild crest at its head office. Taxation is not a civic duty — it is a commercial transaction between you and a foreign entity.

All an Illusion

The Voice to Parliament. The Australian Constitution 2002. The Governor-General. The elections. The citizenship. The Queen of Australia. All manufactured, all unlawful, all operating under the illusion of legitimacy.

As Justice Sir Harry Gibbs once declared:

“The current Political and Legal system operating in Australia and its States and Territories has no basis in Law.”

There is no conspiracy. This is all documented, historical, provable facts.

The Remedy

The answer does not lie within the political party or legal system. It lies with the shareholders of the commonwealth in up-holding the indissoluble Commonwealth of Australia, under the Constitution Act 1900 (UK), where authority belongs with the people — not private corporations pretending to govern.

Until the shift is recognised, Australians will continue to live under foreign commercial rule, deceived into believing they are free.
